OPT-OUT

If you do not wish to participate in City of Ithaca CCA, please complete the secure online form below. Be sure to use the name and address associated with your account. Alternatively, you may contact the program supplier, XXXXX (XXXXX)  directly at (XXX) XXX-XXX, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, excluding holidays. Please have your account information available when contacting. Please note, switching suppliers in New York requires at least 15 calendar days to process by all New York utilities. There are no penalties or fees associated with opting out. Once you have opted out, your supply will revert back to utility default service on your next available meter read. If you are a residential or commercial account holder, you may re-enroll in the program at a later date with no associated re-enrollment fees. The City of Ithaca CCA rate will be reflected on your NYSEG bill for the next available billing cycle. 

This number is located towards the center top of the opt-out reply card sent to you with the opt-out letter. If you do not have the card or number, you are advised to contact the supplier, XXXXX, directly at (XXX) XXX-XXXX.
