Own Your Power Assessment Forms

Own Your Power uses assessment forms to learn more about your energy needs, uses, and assets. This data will be used to tailor an Own Your Power energy system to your situation. There are four assessment forms. You may fill out the first, which provides an opportunity to schedule a meeting. Once you have learned more your can fill out the rest. Or you may fill out more. We leave it to your discretion. But please be sure to fill them out in order.

The Preliminary Assessment Form is brief, and asks basic information, and allows you to schedule a Zoom meeting with the Own Your Power administrators.
The 2nd Assessment Form asks more detailed information about your transportation pattern, and about your building.
The 3rd Assessment Form asks for you to upload your utility meter data, for your electricity use and your natural gas use. You get this data from NYSEG through Energy Manager.
The 4th Assessment Form asks for you to upload any other documents that you think might be relevant to designing your energy system. This might include building plans or parcel maps. If you are part of a housing cooperative or HOA, where multiple households wish to participate in Own Your Power, feel free to delegate one of your group to submit any common documents.
