Tompkins Green Energy Network (T-GEN)  is a community wide energy transition program. We help residents and businesses in the City and Town of Ithaca transition from use of cars, power and heat appliances that depend on centralized and fossil fuel energy, to ownership of an onsite, neighborhood-based advanced energy system comprised of renewable power sources, electric heating and hot water appliances, and electric vehicles.
